      Join us for our monthly Food as Medicine classes, focusing on nutrition through whole foods to support your health and well-being. All classes take place on the 4th floor.  Classes are taught consecutively in English and Spanish!  Child care available on Tuesdays for kids 3+ Cost: $8.00, sliding scale available Register at https://www.core-elcentro.org/cooking-and-nutrition/ or "Reserve Now" your spot and pay at the class. ------- Únete a nuestras clases mensuales de Comida Medicinal, enfocadas en nutrición con alimentos frescos para apoyar su salud y bienestar.
